What to Expect

Before Your Massage

Before your massage it may be a good idea to shower or bathe. Wear comfortable clothing and possibly bring a hair tie or clip for your hair.

Arrive 10 minutes early if you are a first time customer to fill out a quick form. The form simply asks about your health and for some basic contact information.

During Your Massage

You will be coached on how to lay on the table and your level of undress. You will be fully draped (covered) during the massage. Only the section of the body being worked on will be uncovered and then immediately re-covered when finished.

Most massages include work on the legs, back,
neck and arms.

Depending on the type of massage you have chosen, your therapist may use hands, forearms, elbows, etc. to work the muscles, fascia (sheath around the muscles) and connective tissue. She may also stretch the joints.

*All massages by LMT Rebecca*
include Mu Xing and Cupping unless otherwise specified.

After Your Massage

After your massage the therapist will discuss what concerns were found and possibly recommend stretches and
complimentary therapies.
At this point, you will be able to pay, and if you feel it is appropriate, you may tip the therapist.
